I've had an idea for a shirt design that I've had for a few years and I just happened to talk past this store at Westroads Mall, and I decided to check it out. The guy that was in there was extremely friendly and helpful and he explained how everything worked, so I showed him what I wanted and he told me to come back around 5:00 to pick up my order. I called later that day around 4:00 and I told them I was going to be busy at 5:00 so I called and asked if my shirt was ready, the guy said he'll put mine at the top of the pile so I can come get it now! What great customer service! This morning, before putting the shirt on, I noticed that there were a couple of small holes on the back of it and I was pretty bummed out because it was brand new! I called the shop and Brad answered the phone and I explained what was going on and he said "I'll print you another shirt" and he explained that sometimes the shirts have design flaws in them from the distributor. I was worried that I was going to have to buy another shirt, but they were totally understanding of my situation and they totally took care of me! This place totally has my business and huge thank you to Brad for taking care of me! I'm super happy with my shirt and people get lots of laughs out of it! Not only that, the shirt fits like a glove and it's very comfortable! Very happy with my first time experience here! 10/10.

I highly recommend visiting Retro Shirtz for all of your custom shirt needs. The owners are amazing and will help make your vision a reality. Whether you want one shirt or 20 - this is the place to go. I know I said the owners were amazing but they were so friendly and honestly it felt like I was shopping at a store owned by an old friend instead of strangers. I will 100% be back. No more Etsy for me…if I want it, I will go to Retro Shirtz and have it made! High quality materials, excellent customer service, and they are local - it doesn’t get much better than that!!! 10 out of 10!!

It was the one year anniversary of my grandma passing away and we wanted shirts to remember her! He did it so fast so that we could wear the shirt all day to honor her !! Highly recommend!!

We get a lot of shirts here…everything from pictures to sayings…and these guys are just great. Fast, efficient, great quality, and cost effective! I can’t recommend them enough!

I had brought in a few shirts to see if they would be able to add a front and back design on some shirts I had just gotten from somewhere else. The gentleman at the front was very kind, informative, and helpful. He did a great job at matching the other side of the shirt to make it look as one. Little bit more pricey than I excepted but they delivered greatly. Super nice place and definitely worth going in and getting your own creative clothes! Thank you again!

Retro shirts is and will always be my go to for any of my custom shirt needs. Fast and friendly is definitely an understatement. Thanks for being so friendly and affordable

Brad at Retro Shirtz was amazing. I was in a bind and needed a shirt last minute for my daughter’s birthday that day, he helped me with the design and had it printed and ready to go within 30 minutes. The shirt looks amazing, would definitely go back for any tshirt needs!

If you’re looking for convenience at a great price, SHOP HERE!! They digitally printed my business logo on the front and back of 2 hoodies within 15 minutes! They were kind, gave suggestions I hadn’t thought of, and fast! They’ve earned a customer for life!

I needed 12 shirts done quickly. Andy adapted our logo and put it on the back of the shirts. His design really made our logo look great. Definitely a great source!
